The brief: to advertise and attract enough applications to find the best candidates to fill 250 retail assistant and 50 tour guide roles.
Print advertising in one magazine, inclusion on four job boards and Facebook advertising targeting the appropriate audience.
This project also included a response management package, comprised of collating and filtering applications, telephone interviews and booking suitable candidates directly onto client assessment days. Once the client made offers to successful candidates, we collated references on behalf of the client and advised the unsuccessful candidates.
We received a whopping 6,307 retail assistant applications and screened them. We also received 2,189 tour and museum host applications and screened them. Phew! Arsenal hired 250 retail assistants and 50 tour and museum hosts. Job done.
