The need for information

Do you know how you are perceived as an employer? Do you know what benefits are most highly treasured by the workforce in general? Are you really competitive in the marketplace? HR functions and those responsible for recruitment may have lived in the corporate bubble for years — and things change quickly in the ever-fluid employment market. We are regularly surveying the marketplace and major clients of Together Communications are freely given this information.

In particular, salary and benefits surveys are vital to clients who need to ensure that they are competitive in a rapidly changing market. Managed surveys, specific to a client’s needs, can also be arranged. We have organised and run a major employer brand survey for a large multinational company, working closely with the London Business School.

There may be specific questions you’d like to put to the marketplace; and we can do this efficiently and at low cost. You may wish to survey your own workforce. And, with the best will in the world regarding the anonymity of the respondents, employees would be far more likely to answer honestly if those questions were asked by us, a third party. Surveys can be “one off” events or we can continue to monitor what people are thinking. Recruiters, be they in-house or agents, have to be salespeople.
