Heather Walker Account Manager
Having graduated in business economics, Heather first joined a high-volume, fast-turnround recruitment advertising agency moving to together in 2005. She manages most of our larger clients, providing day-to-day processing of ads as well as helping clients with a range of recruitment solutions. Over the years she has built good relationships with all our clients and has helped many of our clients in developing their recruitment strategies.
Mamta Verma Account Executive
Mamta is currently on maternity leave looking after her new baby son, Jai. We hope to see her back sometime next year.
Martyn Walsh Account Executive
Martyn joined us in June and has quickly filled Mamta's shoes taking on most of her clients and even handling some new ones. Previously Martyn worked as a retail manager so he has lots of experience in a client-focused environment where customer satisfaction is key.
Debbie Knowlson Media Manager
Debbie has worked in the media for nearly 15 years on magazines such as Personnel Today and What Media. She is a key support to our account team, with her in-depth knowledge and extensive recruitment experience she buys and negotiates all our media. From on-line to traditional press, through to radio, outdoor, cinema and all other ambient media, Debbie understands the medium to reach the right audience.
Amanda Arnold Client Service & Marketing
Amanda's key responsibility is to the agency's client service, drawing on her previous experience as an account director at JWT managing a large team with a broad client base. Amanda's business knowledge also includes 10 years as marketing manager for a high street recruitment agency so she brings an understanding of the needs of HR as well as creative design and print know-how.
Bob Bohme Creative Director/Copywriter
Given that Bob used to run his own graphic design company, there's not much he doesn't know about devising and producing elegant creative solutions. Basically he's been there, done it all and got the t-shirt, which is extremely reassuring for clients and colleagues alike!
Bradley Horner Web / Graphic Designer
Bradley joined together in 2008 having recently qualified in applied graphics and web programming. As well as traditional design and typesetting skills he has experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flash and other digital programming. He works through the account handling team on advertisement production and developing a wide range of digital communications for our clients.
Lesley Metcalfe Business Development Manager
Lesley's pre-advertising career includes retail management as well as PR in the hospitality industry. She then entered the recruitment industry, initially as a consultant, before moving to start up a new business as director of recruitment a few years later. This broad business background together with her sympathetic understanding of client needs makes her a natural for the role of identifying and bedding in new clients for together.
Colin Barnett Managing Director
Colin has worked in recruitment and recruitment advertising for over 20 years; beginning his career in retail operations, before moving into consultancy and eventually leading to senior role with a large London advertising agency. After taking over together Colin's key role is to ensure that by harnessing the many talents of his team, including media research, planning and buying, creative development, design and copywriting, web and print services, the agency continues to deliver great quality service and an effective end product.
Stephanie Dean Finance Manager
Stephanie is a qualified ACCA accountant gaining eight years' experience in accountancy firms before joining the team at together in July 2008. She has had exposure to a broad spectrum of clients and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in all financial aspects.
