Increasingly client developments overseas have required international media planning and buying across Europe, the Middle East and beyond.
But successfully putting a recruitment message in front of the right audience at the right time means more creative solutions are often called for. This has involved outdoor, washroom and bus stop posters, direct mail, roundabout sponsorship, shopping centre and other recruitment events and fairs.
But perhaps the biggest challenges and developments in recruitment and broader advertising have come with the growth in online and social media advertising.
